Hi my name’s George,
I'm an independent Equity Release Adviser and I have been involved in financial services since 2010, building a strong knowledge base and gaining an insight into the concerns and queries of people exploring equity release for the first time.
I enjoy helping my clients to realise their goals and I take pride in delivering great customer service whether my clients choose to release equity or not. In recent years I’ve seen my clients get younger and have new objectives. Not only are they looking to meet their lifestyle goals such as home improvements or worldwide holidays, but are now using Lifetime Mortgages, Home Reversion and Interest-Only Mortgages for life’s essentials such as debt repayment, or helping their children get a home of their own.
I understand that people making the decision to release equity from their homes want to make sure they're doing the right thing. With so many options available to them in today’s marketplace, it’s very important to seek advice to make sure they choose a scheme that fits in with their current circumstances, but also their plans for the future.
That’s why the starting point for me is always to spend time to really get to know my clients. This way, I can be confident that the scheme that I'm recommending is right for them.
For me the greatest thing about my job is developing relationships with my clients that last over time. I'm very happy when my clients get back in touch, even after completion of their application. Often this may be to offer advice on making voluntary partial repayments, discuss the suitability of a further advance, or even moving home. It may even be to help any friends & family that need a little advice.
As with any major decision in life, good advice is the best starting point, so please contact me with any questions you have.
I’m a keen photographer and love to travel. In my youth I worked as a civilian chef in the army which allowed me to indulge in both of these activities. These days however, as a new father to a little girl, I get very little time to do either but wouldn’t change it for the world.
