Hello, I'm Lauren one of the independent equity release advisers here at award-winning Equity Release Supermarket.
I began my career in Financial Services in 2005 and have worked for various high street banks gaining much experience in mortgage and insurance related products.
During this period, I saw the potential of equity release and how much it could help homeowners over age 55. I therefore obtained my Diploma qualifications and became an equity release adviser in 2014 with Age Partnership.
Initially, I was given the opportunity to deliver in house training courses for new advisers, before realising my preference was talk directly to customers. I'm very passionate in providing the best service and tailoring the advice to suit your needs and circumstances.
There would never be any pressure to proceed and if I didn't feel it was the right solution, or I could think of a more cost-efficient alternative, I would explain that option to you. I pride myself in being able to personalise the deliverance of my whole of market recommendations, in a way that's easy for you to understand.
Equity release plans have changed significantly over the years and now offer more flexible features and benefits to accommodate people's lifestyles. It's becoming increasingly popular as people realise their wealth is tied up in bricks and mortar and they could use this to fulfil their goals and objectives.
There are many reasons why my customers have considered releasing equity – increasing retirement income, gifting money to their family to help them onto the property ladder, fund university fees, getting that new modern kitchen and holidays.
I live near Wakefield, but would be more than happy to accommodate appointments nationwide, either on the telephone, via video calling or face to face - whatever your preference may be.
In my spare time I enjoy walking and cycling round the scenic parts of Yorkshire. I love to travel and visit new destinations. I'm also a keen DIY enthusiast and always have some kind of up-cycled craft project on the go.
Feel free to contact me, whether it's for an initial quotation, or you would just like more information to understand how equity release works.
I genuinely look forward to hearing from you…
