As the Head of Operations, Lynsey’s job is to ensure that the high expectations and service standards set by Equity Release Supermarket advisers is carried through to head office. Mark Gregory has developed technology to aid the sales process and to create a valuable interactive experience for clients, however without the expertise and dedication of Lynsey and her administration team, the 5 Star Gold Service Award would not have been achieved.
Liaising with providers, solicitors and keeping clients updated is the cornerstone of Lynsey and her teams daily work as they manage each individual case to completion in record times. Over the last 10 years, Lynsey has developed her staff to be able to deal with every aspect of the equity release application process and this skill and experience ensures that the process runs smoothly and efficiently for every client.
Managing each case through to a successful conclusion is a passion for Lynsey, however her management expertise is also required in the smooth running of Human Resources. Lynsey is a compassionate and ethical member of the strategic team. Her assistance with the continuing recruitment and retention of high calibre staff is invaluable as Equity Release Supermarket continues to grow from strength to strength.
Lynsey has now been involved in the equity release industry since 2006 having previously worked for another local equity release brokerage with Mark Gregory. However, when Mark indicated his new vision for Equity Release Supermarket, Lynsey saw this as a great challenge and the future of how the equity release industry would evolve – online.
This has certainly proven the case & Lynsey has now become the oversight for the case co-ordinators, tele-advisers and maintaining close lender relationships. Lynsey has become a one of the key members of the Equity Release Supermarket Strategic Team.
