As Marketing Director at Equity Release Supermarket, Dom's focus is to develop the Group's brands so that they connect with their audiences, create digital experiences that are intuitive, seamless and frictionless and to deliver the marketing programmes that meet the business growth objectives.
Before joining Equity Release Supermarket, Dom was Head of Marketing at Key Retirement (now Key) - one of the UK's leading equity release advisory service providers. As part of the senior leadership team, he led the marketing function that was central to the growth of the business which led to its acquisition by Partners Group (a global private markets investment manager) in April 2017.
Prior to his time at Key, Dom was Head of Marketing at AJ Bell, the UK's largest privately-owned investment platform that serves both adviser and consumer markets. He led the repositioning of the consumer brand (Sippdeal) to AJ Bell Youinvest to reflect the expanding investment offering and drove the digital development of AJ Bell Youinvest – creating annual, double digit client growth.
Dom's 25-year marketing career has centred on financial services and he has held senior roles at Halifax (Lloyds Banking Group) and Skipton Building Society. His experience also spans retail and he led the marketing launch of the Selfridges brand in Manchester.
