Hi, I’m Lauren, one of the equity release specialists here at Equity Release Supermarket.
I have been working within the financial services industry since 2017 where my equity release career path began with Age Partnership. At this point my role included pre-qualifying customers and providing initial information about equity release before arranging appointments with an adviser.
I joined Equity Release Supermarket in 2021 starting in a similar role. I quickly came to realise that my passion for helping customers was more about supporting them through their entire equity release journey. I therefore made the decision to study my CeMAP & CeRER exams, and with the support of the company, I became a qualified equity release adviser 11 months later.
Due to my work experience over the last 5 years, I have developed a detailed understanding of what equity release is and I have seen first-hand how it can help customers in retirement. Whether it’s finally having the ability to clear a mortgage, taking more holidays, helping family, or carrying out home improvements, I can help you achieve these objectives.
We provide an award-winning service to our clients by providing bespoke independent and impartial advice. We are a whole-of-market broker, meaning we have no ties or affiliations to any providers, so what I recommend to you will be purely based on the best plan for your requirements.
I live in Leeds with my partner, but I spend a good portion of my time visiting my family in the north-east of England. My biggest passion is to travel the world, learning new cultures and meeting new people. My hobby includes spending time with my grandad in his music room where he plays his guitar/keyboard and I sing along with him.
Now that you know a little more about me, I’d really like to get to know you too. If there is anything I can help you with, whether it’s discussing your plans or just an initial chat in the early stages of your enquiry – I’d be happy to help. I can assist you over the phone, face to face or on a video call if preferred.
