Hi, I’m Sue and I’m one of the equity release specialists here at Equity Release Supermarket.
I have a huge passion for customer care and have dealt with clients on a face-to-face basis for over 30 years, which has included working within the car and finance industry for prestige brands such as Land Rover and Audi. I retrained 15 years ago and bought a small beauty salon, in a local village which grew into a very successful business which I then sold after 9 years.
It was at this time I started to consider moving into financial services and having known Mark Gregory personally - the Founder of Equity Release Supermarket, I’ve seen his passion and desire to give the best customer service within his industry. Having witnessed how equity release has evolved and improved the quality of life and health of homeowners, I wanted to be part of this, having the exact same enthusiasm for providing fantastic customer service.

I am married with 2 boys and live in Lancashire. I love visiting the Lake District on a regular basis, and enjoy walking, running, cycling and open water swimming. We have 2 springer spaniels which need a lot of exercise!
