Hello, I’m Tara.
I’m an Equity Release Adviser at the Equity Release Supermarket with over 10 years’ experience in the mortgage and financial services sector. After graduating with a Law degree from the University of Liverpool, I began my mortgage career with the UK’s leading debt charity, where I supported clients with a wide range of mortgage needs. From helping first-time buyers purchase their dream home to assisting clients remortgage for a better interest rate, or repay an interest-only mortgage, I’ve gained a wealth of experience across the market.
During this time, I specialised in working with clients who had adverse credit or were facing financial challenges. This gave me a valuable understanding of the importance of treating every case individually and delivering advice that is personal, clear, and tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Today, I focus on later-life lending, including lifetime mortgages, retirement mortgages, and home reversion plans. I provide impartial advice with access to the whole of the market, taking the time to understand your goals and explain the options available.
Whether you want to supplement your retirement income, fund home improvements, repay an existing mortgage, cover care costs, or raise money to help with another goal, I’ll help you explore whether equity release is the right solution. If equity release isn’t the best way forward, I’ll guide you through alternative options to make the best plan for your future.
I am committed to providing an outstanding client experience, with clear communication and support throughout your advice journey. The positive feedback I receive from my clients reinforces my passion for helping people feel confident and supported in making important financial decisions.
Away from work, I live with my husband and our two daughters. We love family trips and holidays, and I also enjoy swimming, fitness classes, cooking, and socialising with friends. I’m an animal lover, a fan of Thai food, and a self-confessed chocolate addict!
I’m here to help guide you if you are in the early days of exploring equity release, ready to apply now, or simply have questions and want more information. Please feel free to contact me for a friendly discussion and honest, impartial advice.
